Specialist initial consultation and assessment in person. Includes review of patient and family history, neurological examination, discussion of diagnostic tests, imaging reports, treatment plan and written report to referring physician. 

Clinical electrodiagnostic service performed by specialist Neurologist specialised in Clinical Neurophysiology, using an approved neurophysiology stimulating and recording system. This will assist with the diagnosis of a range of nerve and muscle disorders. The service includes Nerve Conduction Study, with or without Electromyography (EMG). 

Clinical electrodiagnostic service performed by specialist Neurologist specialised in Clinical Neurophysiology, using an approved neurophysiology stimulating and recording system. The service includes Nerve Conduction Study of multiple nerves and Electromyography (EMG) of multiple muscles in more than one limb. It may include specialized assessment of disorders of Neuromuscular transmission. 

Injection of medicine such as botulinum toxin for Migraine, Dystonia, Blepharospasm and Hemifacial Spasm. Cost will depend on the dose and the symptoms. 

Specialist follow-up consultation. Includes reviewing the patient's history and current condition, explaining the results of diagnostic tests, discussing treatment options/response and, if necessary, referring the patient to a tertiary center.
